Our first restaurant for this task is Dapur Salintangi @ Seven Sea Restaurant. We came up with the idea to chose this restaurant is also as to introduce our Sabahan KDM cuisine which is stand for ethnic in Sabah that is Kadazan, Dusun and Murut.
Basically, the main ingredient for each main course mostly from Sabahan tradition ingredient and even how they cook each cuisine in their menu is also in traditional way and been improvise to be more attractive not only from it appearance but also the taste as to promote our tradition cuisine. We even tried to asked what is actually they include in food that they serve. Unfortunately the Chef who responsible to cook the food do not want to tell us. It is because that is their secret ingredient in how to make their food unique and special from the other restaurant in Kota Kinabalu.

The tradition food with some exotic ingredient in each cuisine makes the food a lot more tastier! Each food that we ordered comes with a small side dishes that is Tuhau. Another tradition food in Sabah. Definitely, will come again another time :)
